Technical Responsibilities
· Installation of equipment associated with EASY POWER customers
· Maintain high quality in all technical duties
· Adhere to established company standards
· Oversee operations in your area of responsibility
· Supervise EASY POWER-approved contractors within your region
· Support project activities including scope, schedule, and resources
· Ensure Service Delivery OPEX and CAPEX are within budget
· Contribute to Least Cost Operations (LCO) initiatives
· Deliver excellent customer management
· Achieve target MTTI and MTTR metrics
· Maintain low fault rates
· Prepare and submit accurate, timely work and incident reports
· Advise clients on system setup and usage
· Track and manage assigned tools and spares
· Provide feedback for process and service improvement
· Propose customer-specific solutions
· Maintain strong product knowledge
· Foster knowledge-sharing with team members
· Exhibit teamwork, organization, leadership, innovation, and integrity
